In talking with senior managers, I find most don’t understand the tremendous amount of data which can be obtained in real-time about an individual. In fact, my students don’t really understand what is out there in the “social cloud” about them…and this concerns me.
To learn more about social data and privacy, take 15 minutes to watch this great video. It is by Alessandro Acquisti on Why privacy matters. It has also been called “A Creepy Subject Discussed by a Brilliant Man” I agree. This is a video worth your time to watch.
